Born in Rye, New York on the 14th of September 1971,
Kimberly Williams Paisley broke into the public eye appearing in television
commercials. It wasn't until a few years later - during her university years -
that she took the role of Annie Banks-MacKenzie in the hit film, Father of the
Bride, with co-stars such as Steve Martin and Diane Keaton.
Even though the movie was a phenomenal success, Kimberly returned to education, pausing briefly during her summer break to film Indian Summer. Following graduation from Northwestern in 1993, the sequel to Father of the Bride was shot. Another success that eventually spawned several roles for Kimberly. Although a short-lived series, Relativity was adored by many, possibly creating one of the strongest Internet-driven campaigns to revive the cancelled show. A later television mini-series became the focus of worldwide attention - The 10th Kingdom. The sheer epic scale of this adventure led to universal acclaim and has won over fans of all ages. A more recent television series - According to Jim, stars James Belushi - certainly shows Kimberly's capability for the comedic role. All roles considered, she has proven herself to be a most talented actor that never fails her audience. Now married to country singer Brad Paisley, Kimberly has found a new avenue in life and is settling down to a new beginning - very unlike her role as Annie Banks Mackenzie. During a wedding rehearsal, Kimberly removed a coat to reveal her wedding dress - stunning the guests with news of her actual marriage taking place at that very moment.
